Supplier Galaxy Gaming has entered into a distribution agreement with Germany-based distribution company Spirit Gaming.
The deal will see Spirit become Galaxy’s exclusive distribution partner, subject to contractual obligations in Germany, Austria, Luxembourg and Belgium. Additionally, the agreement also gives Spirit non-exclusive distribution rights in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Galaxy Gaming President and CEO Todd Cravens said: “We continue to see great success with our table game content and progressive solutions across the United Kingdom and look forward to replicating that same success for our clients in these new markets.
“We see great opportunity with this pairing of our best-in-class table game content and solutions with Spirit Gaming’s European market expertise.”
Spirit will provide region-specific support and distribution for Galaxy’s Triton Casino Systems, Bonus Jackpot System and its full catalogue of table game titles, including 21+3, Perfect Pairs and Three Card Prime.
Spirit Gaming MD Frank Ziegler said: “The entire Spirit Gaming team is proud to partner with Galaxy Gaming. We are very excited to enlarge the footprint of Galaxy Gaming in Europe and are convinced the players will love the innovative and thrilling games, especially the progressive JP systems.”
Galaxy reported revenue of $5.9m in its Q1 2022 financial results, a 38% increase from the previous year.
The company went on to report iGaming revenue of $2.8m in Q1, an increase of 58% from Q1 2021 and 35% from Q4 2021, noting significant growth despite pandemic-related travel restrictions affecting customers.
